Fruit Fusion Day in which we presented and tasted recipes, with the plantain, papayon and yucca. We have been able to verify the quality of these products that we commercialize and the perfect culinary fusion that can be applied to them. Our chef David Montero, prepared chips of plantain with “esgarraet”, goat cheese tartlet and papayon jam, finishing with a paella of rice, squid and yucca. We appreciate the visit and company of the clients and collaborators.
