Attending the request of some friends and collaborators, we upload some pictures of how the 1st Gastronomic Day Fruit Fusion was developed, organized by Cansafresc Exóticos Aromáticas Tropicales, in this occasion with the help of @sigfridofruit and their wonderful avocados and mangos, we count with the presence of our Head Chef, David Montero from Rice&Paella, that surprised all the attendants with a magnificent rice with squid and avocado.
It was a great Day in which we were able to show the fusion in the most avant-garde cuisine, avocado and mango. #Tartlet mango jam goat cheese shaving ham #cookies with avocado, cream gordal #olives with fresh mango and anchovy. Delicious combinations. Successful journey Many thanks my friends.
