Here we have a post that our friends of the Flow cooking college made for us.

We continue with the revolutionary rice that Clandestine brought for us.

Impressive and amazing are the rice that David and José brought for us, starting with the route in the Valencia’s Central Market, where all the ingredients were bought. It was very delightful to share their good technique with rice and noodles.

The paella is a classic plate in our cuisine, which admits so many variations and ingredients as chefs for this typical plate of our gastronomy. However, David and José manage to take a little further the innovation in its elaboration, with ingredients very unusual like coconut water or pumpkin.

David and his brother have revolutionized the college immediately. Their rapport is total. One is with the paella, and the other is taking evidence with his camera, and together they make wonderful things. We really enjoyed, and their rice was amazing. Without a doubt we will repeat the occasion.
