We will tell you –a little bit- how everything went with one of our clandestine events: in this occasion was the event Clandestine Paella, and we had the pleasure to join it with a very special wine tasting ; ).
As always, in our clandestine events we like to surprise our guests, in this occasion we presented an amazing rice of @ricepaella with lobster, beach squid and pumpkin, and we had the pleasure to collaborate with Pedro Mayoral from Bodegas Vegamar, who prepared a wine tasting where no practical advice about how to prepare adequately a wine tasting was missing, with several useful tricks to detect if the wine is in bad state or not. He’s a crack!
Among the guests we had the unexpected pleasure and the surprise of seeing Cesar, ambassador of Onfan, the largest gastronomic community of Spain.
