On the 11th we came back with our Clandestine Paella.
This time was in Cava Siglos, where the guests share the table with stranger. Would you dare?

We had the presentation of fun wines that uncorked (Barón de Filar) and they came for the first time to our Clandestine Paella in Valencia, they did it with their top bottles.
Only the attendants were able to taste these wines. They have received numerous acknowledgments around the world.

We tasted some magnificent Mini Gin Tonic, after the meal thanks to PHILIA.
The menu consisted of:
- Assortment of Iberians. D.O Guijelo.
- Seasoned tuna Carpaccio
- Small packages of codfish brandade (pesto sauce and dry tomato sauce with piquillo peppers)
- Coca de Dacsa (tuna, hard-boiled egg, tomato and anchovy)
- VIP Paella
- Desserts assortment.
