Cocinea is a cooking school located in Madrid, its philosophy is come, have fun, learn to cook and make yourself at home.
It is a space that is used for several activities; advertising spots, shooting sets, photographic sets and specially courses and cooking workshops.
Its principal Roberto García Villar, is the one who makes possible the development of the school, offering news and gastronomic events from all areas to his clients.
In this occasion we had the pleasure to work for them, cooking in their facilities, which are absolutely spectacular.
In this workshop we wanted to surprise the attendees with some innovative rice dishes. The first thing that was prepared and taught in the workshop was the bases for the broths from scratch.
It was elaborated a pumpkin rice with dirty cuttlefish and onion, and a fideuá cooked with coconut water and codfish.
We continued with the elaboration of the recipe, telling tricks and secrets that you can only find out in our workshops and courses.
It was a pleasure to get to know all the attendees that made the workshop a very enjoyable evening. There were laughs, confessions, learning and above all a very nice environment with everybody.
