in this occasion we had the pleasure to cook our CLANDESTINE PAELLA PRIVATE in Crudo Bar, it’s a restaurant specialized in cooking raw fish and meat between traditional and modern tapas.
It is located in the market 36 square, in front of the Mercado Central de Valencia, where you can buy the freshest ingredients of the day.
Crudo Bar esta dirigido por nuestro gran amigo Jorge de Angel Moliner, uno de los chefs españoles mas reconocidos de la restauración Rusa y el autor del primer libro de cocina editado en ruso, hablando de nuestra gran cocina Mediterránea.
In this event we combine famous ceviche cooked by its great staff of chefs and one of our innovative rice, accompanied with a session of wine testing promoted by our friend Guillermo Moreno, who is an expert sumiller owner of an stall in the central market of Valencia named Bescuit Wine, we invite you to visit this store where you will find a vast variety of wine, beside, you will be attended by Guillermo and Maria with their usual goodwill and kindness.
Our guests from the Moto GP TV Team that have traveled many miles behind them decided to organize a private paella and have dinner in a different way, where they had the chance to enter the kitchen so they didn’t miss any detail of the elaboration of the rice and where they were taught about all the steps to follow and some tricks by David Montero @ricepaella.
